I would have been very annoyed if it would have worked since I have relaying blocked on all my servers. That is the error you are seeing--which is the same as what I got. The IP that you are seeing is the IP of the zoneedit server where you are doing the test and your server is rejecting it because it is not an allowed relay server.

Any properly configured mail server should result in the same error: Now, as to the real issue. I have had this issue before.
